A First True Love Story
Having not seen each other for 4 decades, the fateful night at the Sir James Dunn high school reunion in 2006 was love at second sight.
After Linda asked, "Do you know where our daughter is?" and "Are you attached to someone?" they skipped out to dinner to explore their history. Two weeks later, Ray packed up his '67 El Camino and moved to Linda's "cottage" near Lake Simcoe.

They first kissed at age 15 in 1963 but when Linda got pregnant 3 years later, everything changed. Holding secret meetings, their parents changed the rules of engagement.

After thwarted attempts at reuniting , eventually during Christmas 1967, they parted with a frustrated attitude on finding true love. There would be no contact for some 40 years. In 2007 after discovering the secrets of their past, they had to resolve the guilt of surrendering their daughter.
